As a first home buyer you may be eligible for a grant of up to $15,000 on the purchase or construction of a new residential home in South Australia. To receive the grant, you must be:

Purchasing a new home that has not been previously occupied; and

The market value of the property is $650,000 or less; and

Planning to reside in the home as your principal place of residence for a continuous period of at least six months.
